Megan, assisted me in coming up with a very good price for my home and then right before listing
she suggested that we check the comparable sales to see if there was a change in market value.
Sure enough the value had increased, so we raised our listing price. We recieved multiple offers
and Megan helped us navigate through the pros and cons of them all. We eventually chose an
offer that was 15k over asking. I would highly recommend using Megan for all of your buying and
